High Quality Mould Release LubricantRaysun Mould Oil NA is a high performance natural oil developed for the lubrication of the moulds during the continuous steel casting process. It has a high flash point, an excellent thermal stability and no ash content, therefore during the steel casting process deposits are not formed. It is specially designed to avoid the direct contact between liquid metal and mold, forming a reducing atmosphere which resists the superficial oxidation of slab, bloom or steel billets producing a lubricant effect and avoiding the seizure (binding).
